FAIRFAX, VA – March 17, 2014 – Crestline Hotels & Resorts LLC announced today that they are the new management company for the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington – Legal District. The 217 guestroom, full-service hotel recently completed an extensive renovation and was purchased by ASAP International Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ASAE).
